Course Description

INTRODUCTION

This GLOMACS online training course facilitates, delegates recognizing the risks, necessary preventive procedures, emergency plans, and understanding the correct actions for responding to accidental releases or spills of hazardous materials. Many of the chemicals we encounter can cause serious harm and environmental damage. In some cases, exposure to them can be fatal.

Laboratory work requires knowledge, skill, and attention to detail. Laboratories have a variety of safety and health hazards. Employees need to understand each hazard and take proper precautions to protect themselves and co-workers at all times. The purpose of this online laboratory safety training course is to teach employees, lab safety requirements to ensure that they know how to prevent accidents, injuries, and illnesses on the job.
