Dubai, UAE (October 2, 2017) — Last week in Dubai, GLOMACS ran a session of Prof. Leonard Yong’s “Advanced Emotional Intelligence” course, attended by delegates looking to learn how to tap in to the latest discoveries on the close relationship between body and mind.

Based on the internationally renowned Leonard Personality Inventory (LPI) holistic model pioneered by Professor Leonard Yong, the course enables delegates to use the LPI insights on how to create an emotionally excellent work culture.  

The GLOMACS course on “Advanced Emotional Intelligence” also looks at the impact of the mind on the individual’s behaviour and helps the individual gain self-awareness and self-management. Delegates this week learnt how to recognise common anxiety disorders and develop skills in techniques to manage these anxiety disorders.

In addition to this, delegates were given an overview of the History of Emotional Intelligence, and taught how to identify problem areas by understanding themselves and others effectively. By studying these topics, delegates will be equipped with the know-how to manage their emotions and handle workplace stress, leading to greater productivity in the workplace.
