In today’s competitive environment, the need to be continually improving is becoming a priority for more and more organization, resulting in increasing interest and adoption of Lean Six Sigma based methodologies.
In most organizations, the key operational personnel leading improvement initiatives and driving improvement teams are the so called “Green Belts” – a term borrowed from the Karate grading system to represent a level of training and expertise.
