Course Description

INTRODUCTION

The global economy is experiencing an economic downturn that is having a major impact on all industries and all organisations. This has also had significant impact or potential impact on the workforce. This impact can be both practical and psychological. Possible impacts can range from employee turnover (with your best people leaving), increased absenteeism and ‘presenteeism’, more accidents and safety violations, poor performance, workplace bullying, stress and mental health issues, ethical violations and other serious issues.

This dynamic and contemporary course will focus on the practical solutions and application of best practices for managing and leading your workforce during the present economic downturn, but it will also focus on skills and practices applicable to all future crisis and major changes.   • Continuing Professional Education credits (CPE) : In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsor, one CPE credit is granted per 50 minutes of attendance
