  • Planning and implementing the chosen approach to solving the problem
  • Recognising when the problem has been solved
  • Putting the plan into action
  • Systematically reviewing and adjusting priorities and plans as necessary

DAY 3

Making the Right Decision Under Pressure

  • How to make constructive, relevant and timely decisions
  • Justifying the decision using evidence, argument, questioning and assertiveness
  • Simulated pressure situations – putting ideas into practice
  • Developing decision-making ability
  • Presentations and feedback
Certificates
  • On successful completion of this training course, GLOMACS Certificate will be awarded to the delegates
  • Continuing Professional Education credits (CPE) : In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsor, one CPE credit is granted per 50 minutes of attendance
