Course Description

INTRODUCTION

An important role in any organisation is that of the Supervisor. But what does it mean to be a Supervisor, and how can you improve on your performance?

This Building Core Leadership & Supervisory Competencies training course has been developed to ensure that delegates attending the training within the Supervisory role, fully understand their job, the requirements for the organisation and in so doing become better performing Supervisors in their role. It concentrated on the key aspects of what being a Supervisor entails, focusing on leadership, management and how to be more effective in the workplace. This will involve focusing on communication and interpersonal skills as well as problem solving techniques and performance management. There will be emphasis on team Work and team building to ensure all-round development.  This is essential development for anyone in the Supervisory role.
