Course Description

INTRODUCTION

This Strategic Corporate Governance training course is carefully outlined to take the participants through a blend of three key interlinked corporate topics: Governance, Strategic Management and Strategic Leadership aiming to enrich their knowledge and understanding for those mission-critical practices.
