Introduction
This Coaching Skills for Police Supervisors training course will help the participants develop their coaching, mentoring, performance review, and interaction skills with colleagues, line managers, stakeholders, and service users to improve personal and organisational performance. Helping others achieve their potential is a key leadership skill, this course will assist in recognising and supporting the development of themselves and their staff.
