INTRODUCTION

  • Critical areas to look for; recruitment
  • How much does poor productivity cost – worked example
  • A fresh look at process re-engineering
  • A quality approach to Organisational Design

Day 4

Establishing the Work Ethic of Value

  • How the quality approach to value added works
  • Differences between Public and Private organisations approach.
  • Worked example – the HD department
  • Use of productivity dash boards – full worked example (The complete performance cycle A-Z)
  • Use of measurement tools such as employee satisfaction.

Day 5

Tools to Help

  • Use of SAP’s transforming strategy into action
  • Use of Objective setting – motivating employees, the new tool
  • Understanding key unit costs three critical formula
  • Beware of fads C- Suite and M Corp, various societies
  • Showing your value to the organisation and your plans
