Financial Due Diligence & Business Valuation

  • Providing an accurate valuation of the target business
  • Business valuation techniques and when to use each method
  • Assessing synergies, value creation and key dependencies
  • Sensitivity analysis and transaction assumptions
  • Role of finance and leveraging transactions
Day 4

Integration & Value Realisation

  • Integration of human resources, culture and organizational systems
  • Designing and implementing a 100-day integration plan
  • A sound Merger and Acquisition process
  • Measuring success and ensuring value realisation
