This comprehensive five-day training course covers the entire PMP Exam Content Outline (ECO) structured around the three PMI domains: People (42%), Process (50%), and Business Environment (8%). There are no mandatory prerequisites. This PMP exam preparation training course for the project management professionals is intended for candidates who plan to undertake the Project Management Institute (PMI)® Project Management Professional (PMP)® examination based on the latest Exam Content Outline issued by PMI. Therefore, the participants are expected to have an understanding of the project management concepts.

The duration of this PMP Exam Preparation Training course is 5 days, with 7 hours of guided learning per day excluding breaks.

Participants will receive a course manual, and presentations developed according to the published course outline. The facilitator will present the official PMP training material, templates, and examples while offering guidance and support. Regular testing with newly styled questions will be conducted during the lectures to train delegates on strategies and tips for answering questions correctly as we progress through each module.

After completing PMP Exam Preparation Training course, you will receive:

Certificate of Completion – This certifies your successful completion of the course, demonstrating that you have gained the necessary skills in project management.

The Certificate will include 35 Professional Development Units (PDUs), you have gained based on your complete attendance (1 PDU per hour of learning), which will enable you to claim your eligibility amongst others to appear for the PMP Exam.

Note: While our PMP Exam Preparation Training course prepares you for the certification exam, official PMP certification requires you to apply for and pass the respective PMI exams.

• High school or secondary school diploma
• Minimum 60 months/5 years’ experience leading and managing projects within the past eight years
• 35 hours of project management education/training.

OR

• Bachelor's degree or higher (or global equivalent)
• 36 months/3 years experience leading and managing projects within the past eight years
• 35 hours of project management education/training.

OR

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (or global equivalent) from a PMI Global Accreditation Center (GAC) accredited program
• 24 months/2 years’ experience leading and managing projects within the past eight years
• 35 hours of project management education/training (GAC core project management course work is pre-approved to fulfill this requirement)

In the event you’re selected for an eligibility audit, you must provide the following to confirm your eligibility:

• Copy of degree
• Verification of experience signed by supervisor
• Certification or proof of 35 hours of project management education/training

After you make the payment, you can schedule your exam. Below are some helpful details about exam scheduling:

• You can take your exam at a Pearson Vue Testing Center (recommended) or securely online
• You may attempt the exam up to three times in one year if you don’t pass

How do I schedule a certification exam appointment?

Once you are eligible, PMI will e-mail you examination scheduling instructions with a link to schedule your exam appointment at a testing center (recommended) or online. You can also find this link by logging in to your myPMI dashboard.

Where will the examination be given?

All PMI exams are offered at approved Pearson VUE Testing Centers worldwide. You can check for locations on Pearson VUE’s website.

If you are unable to take your exam in a test center, you may also be able to take your PMP® Exam from your home or office while being monitored by an online proctor through Pearson VUE.
