  • Contracts of carriage and their transfer
  • Principles of International Trade Finance Law
  • International Banking Law – the regulatory framework
  • Banking Law, in relation to capital markets and loans
  • International law of credit and security
  • International corporate insolvency law and regulations
Day 3

International Sales, Economics and Trade Law & Regulations

  • The macroeconomic environment – why it matters to the international trade sector
  • How to analyse the market and evaluate the impact of trends on future development
