INTRODUCTION

This Project Management Fundamentals for Administrative Professionals training course has been specifically designed to develop the project management competency of administration personnel; by equipping them with the key skills, knowledge and understanding to assist excellence to those that require service in the workplace.

This training course will provide a practical approach that gives participants with the basic knowledge, processes, skills, tools and techniques, recognized as best practice in the industry, that the project administrator use in order to enhance the chances of project success.
