INTRODUCTION
This Property Management training course is designed to deliver expertise for the management of existing real estate, both residential and across the range of different types of commercial property, including offices, industrial and retail as well as hospitality and other specialized assets. All real estate developments require asset management after completion whether they continue to be held by their original developers or by investors. The emphasis is on how property management can add value for owners in their marketing, legal, operational, and ultimately financial property management.
The focus is on investment-grade properties being held and managed under prevailing market conditions in the Middle East, both existing property and new development, but with plenty of international examples, including from best of class asset, property and facility management companies, legal judgements and software.
This GLOMACS training course will highlight:
- The size, scale, and sectors of real estate and different metrics, markets and methods of analysis for each
- How to optimise the management of real estate assets to maximise efficiency and value
- The role of marketing, contracts and working with tenants in property management
- Risks associated with real estate operations and strategies for managing them effectively
- How property management integrates with wider aspects of property investment
Training Methodology
The Property Management training course will be highly interactive and driven by case studies, with a strong focus on reinforcing learning through practical, real-world exercises and examples. The interactivity generated by the case study process, combined with contributions from delegates throughout the training course, fosters a dynamic environment that encourages questions and discussion, making the training course a valuable learning experience for all participants.
