Introduction
This GLOMACS Executive Challenge and Leading for Organisational Impact training course equips managers and executives with a comprehensive leadership toolkit – from developing greater self-awareness and personal resilience through to mobilising people, building high-performing teams and leading organisational change.
Across five integrated days, participants will progress from leading themselves, to leading others and developing effective relationships, through to leading transformation and responding to future organisational challenges. The programme explores how leadership behaviour influences engagement, performance and organisational outcomes, while developing the confidence and capability to lead effectively in changing and uncertain environments.
Participants will have opportunities to examine their own leadership approach, apply practical leadership frameworks, work with real-world organisational challenges and learn from the experiences and perspectives of others.
