Overall, I really liked the content of the training and especially the coach. The materials were useful, the flow was clear and the coach would always find effective ways to engage with the audience.
The instructor is great and vey knowledgeable, he introduces various techniques and tools which helps keep people engaged. What I also liked is that he derived the course in different ways (interactive, theoretical, group discussions…etc) to address different people’s learning styles.
