INTRODUCTION
This training course is designed for business analysts wishing to write the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) Certified Business Analyst Professional™ (CBAP®) examination. The CBAP® designation is a professional certification for business analysis practitioners with extensive business analysis experience.
The GLOMACS CBAP® Examination Preparation training course is aligned to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK®) Version 3.0 which provides the essential knowledge for the examination.
The knowledge gained during the training course will not only prepare you for the IIBA® examination but will give you an excellent basis for your business analysis career.

Training Methodology
State-of-the-art business analysis methods and techniques are transferred by means of short, focused presentations which are followed by experiential learning workshop sessions. In these sessions the knowledge gained is applied to real-world examples and case studies. Rapid learning of the methods and techniques is achieved by means of group work, individual work, participant discussion, facilitator interaction and constructive feedback.
Trial examination questions are given throughout the course.
