INTRODUCTION
This Leadership and Management Masterclass is a comprehensive development training course that addresses the key skills, qualities and attributes of both Leadership and Management. This Leadership and Management training course will cover all aspects of leadership and management with the main emphasis being on the human side of leading and managing people.

This training course is split into two modules:

Each module is structured and can be taken as a stand-alone training course; however, delegates will maximise their benefits by taking Module 1 and 2 back-to-back as a 2-week training course.
