Course Description

INTRODUCTION

The Executive development Masterclass training course is an advanced level training course that has been specifically designed for senior executives who are looking to enhance their leadership abilities and gain a deeper understanding of the eight key roles a leader must assume as part of their privileged position as a company executive. At the executive level we have major influence over many people, and with that influence comes great responsibility.
