This highly interactive GLOMACS Building Core Team Competencies workshop will help demonstrate how teams can be built, developed, and be led to perform at a very high level to achieve the expected success and, consequently. It is, therefore, vitally important for organisation to encourage those who manage or are responsible for a team to acquire the core competencies in building a team that is unified, strong, and working in harmony to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency. However, it will take strong core team competencies, leadership, and management to achieve this.

Building core team competencies have the power and capacity to be a determining factor in whether your business succeeds or not.
